The information is located on one of the sides of your filter’s frame. The easiest way is to check the information on your current filter that is in your ventilation/air conditioning/furnace system.

How to clean my Protair-X air filter at home?

For a safe replacement, simply follow these steps:

Turn off your heating system's ventilation.
Remove the used filter.
Install the Protair-X filter, making sure the arrow on the filter frame points in the direction of the airflow.
Turn the system back on.

When should I replace my filter?

We recommend replacing Protair-X filters every 4 years to continue to benefit 100% antibacterial efficiency

There is a gap between my filter and the wall of my system?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You will find a spring in the packaging of your Protair-X filter, which allows you to keep the filter pressed against the wall. If not, contact our customer service and we will provide it.
